Kraft Nabisco - Thursday Update

The morning groups are all on the course and are midway through their opening rounds as of 10:55am PDT.  Ji-Hee Lee got to -3 through six holes (playing the back nine) before losing a shot at 17.  Lorena Ochoa was -2 until she also bogeyed 17 (her eighth).  A birdie at 18 returned Lorena to -2.  Brittany Lincicome is -2 through 7.  On the downside of things, Seon Hwa Lee is +2 through 6, Hee Young Park is +2 through 10 and Ai Miyazato is +3 through 12.  More to come...

12:10 PDT update:  Brittany Lang birdied 16, eagled 18 and birdied 1 to take the lead at -6.  Lincicome and Ji Young Oh were both -5 with three straight birdies (18, 1 & 2) but both bogeyed #3.  Yani Tseng is -4 after 13 holes and Ji-Hee Lee is -4 through 14.  A couple of bogeys have dropped Ochoa back to even par.  Michelle Wie is the first player to finish her round under par - a 71 with three birdies and two bogeys.  The afternoon groups are just now teeing off.
