R.I.P. O.E.G.

Many of you also frequent Waggle Room so you probably already read this news - Vince Spence, known in these parts as the One-Eyed Golfer, passed away recently at the age of 61.

Early last year, Vince launced his own blog over at Blogspot (the same host as the original Hound Dog site) covering all aspects of the sport.  He was also a frequent commenter at Waggle Room and an occasional one here at HDLPGA.  Vince was a person who always seemed to be in good humor - God knows we need all of those we can get - and his writing style was uniquely informal AND gifted.  I don't like losing readers or fellow bloggers and I especially hate to lose a combination of both in this way, inevitable though it may be.  The One-Eyed Golfer will be missed.
